Inert Gas Package HTRH __/70/300, The Inert-Gas-Package provides inert gas operation for tube furnaces and serves as mandatory basis for the optional available vacuum pump packages for vacuum operation of tube furnaces., The Inert-Gas-Package is prepared for a customer provided inert gas supply (with mandatory pressure reducer). The water cooled stainless steel flanges are gas tight as well as vacuum tight. The gas flow can be stopped with the supplied gas valve. By using the fine control valve of the flowmeter the gas flow can be adjusted. With an optional available vacuum pump package the tube furnace can work under vacuum.
